PIPE BAND ITEMS
Celtic Studio offers a complete design service for Pipe Bands.
We work with you to create your new Pipe Band Badge design. Our design service starts with your artwork. We fine tune this to insure that you have a design that reflects your Bands image while insuring that this design can be made in high quality pewter.
Each design is unique made just for your Band.
Once the artwork has been approved we then create a multi dimensional master design and all of the molds necessary to produce the master design in sterling silver. We then send you a picture of the wax carving before it is cast in sterling silver. Once approved this is then cast in sterling silver, hand finished and polished. A picture of this completed badge is then sent for final approval.
We use this sterling silver master design to create a mold to cast this design in high quality lead free pewter. Our pewter is a blend of metals that create a badge that is very close in colour to the sterling silver master . Each badge is finished with a high quality nickle silver bar pin. These are the highest quality available worldwide.
Our service is based on no up front design or molding charges. We require that you make payment for the sterling silver master at our standard price for any of our stock Clan badges. $129.98 US. This badge is yours to keep.
We require a minimum order for at least 20 pewter badges at our standard Clan badge pewter price. Currently $24.98
Once your unique Band badge is complete, this same badge can be used for Band kilt buckles, Band flasks, Band Tankards, Band glassware and Band plaid brooches at our standard prices.
We can also use your master design to create a wide variety of "miniature" versions of your Band badge. We can make kilt pins, sgian dubhs, cuff links, pendants, tie tacks, tie bars, dirks, Bank pocket watches and much more.
